This Easter Sunday I’m sitting in an empty rental house sipping coffee and thankful that my family has been blessed. For my wife and I, this house represents the fruits of wise investments of the bounty God gifted us over the years. (It helps that I married a frugal German wife, which is another blessing.)

We manage our rentals ourselves, as the work is not that difficult. Though today is Easter, it’s a working day for us because we don’t delay putting a vacant house back on the market.
